Services

Club Five provides Open Gates and Capture Studio, including free features and optional paid Pro access. Use of the services is subject to these terms and applicable law.

Accounts and paid features

Free features do not require registration. Pro subscriptions require an account. Users must provide accurate account information and protect their credentials. Paid features, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are described in Subscriptions & Refunds and the terms displayed at checkout.

Content and recording permissions

You retain rights to media and presentations you create or import. You are responsible for securing necessary licenses, consents and permissions for songs, lyrics, images, video, recorded individuals, and any event you capture or display. Do not use the apps unlawfully or infringe others' rights.

Local storage and backups

Media and presentation files are stored locally on your devices. You are responsible for managing storage and backups. Club Five does not promise recovery of deleted or lost local content.

Software availability

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any paid commitments. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device or network.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional limitation-of-liability language should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.
