When requesting help
Please include the app name, your device model, operating system version, and a description of the issue. Never send passwords, payment card numbers, or private recordings unless specifically needed and you have permission to share them.
Billing and accounts
For Pro subscription questions, include the email used for your account and the app name. See Subscriptions & Refunds and Account Deletion.
