Free use and accounts

Free features do not require an account. Users who purchase Pro subscriptions create an account. Account and subscription administration may involve your email address, account identifiers, subscription plan, payment status and transaction records.

Media and presentations

Capture Studio records and manages audio and video, and Open Gates manages presentation and worship content. User-created recordings, media and presentation files are stored locally on user devices, not in a Club Five cloud media library. Features involving connected devices may transmit media or control signals across the user's local network. Users control which content they record and share.

Permissions

Depending on the feature, the apps may request camera, microphone, photo-library, and local-network access. Permissions can be managed in device settings.

Purchases and support

Pro upgrades are offered through an external website. Payment processors may receive payment and billing information under their own privacy policies. Club Five may receive purchase confirmation and subscription status but should not receive complete payment card numbers. Support inquiries may include the information you voluntarily provide.

Website operations

Our website hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser requests to operate and secure the website. We will identify any additional analytics, authentication, payment, or crash-reporting services used in the final products.

Use, sharing, and retention

We use account and support information to provide paid access, respond to requests, protect services and comply with law. We do not sell customer recordings or presentation files. Information may be shared with vendors that provide account, payment, hosting, or support functions. Account and transaction records are retained as necessary to administer subscriptions and meet legal requirements; local files remain under the user's control.

Deletion and requests

Pro users can initiate account deletion using the in-app account deletion feature, which must be implemented before launch. Deleting an account does not delete locally saved files or necessarily cancel external recurring payments. See Account Deletion or email info@clubfivear.com.

Recorded people and children

People operating cameras are responsible for appropriate recording notices, permissions, and applicable laws, particularly when recording children or school events. Pro account creation by children should be subject to appropriate parental authorization and any applicable age requirements.

We may update this policy and will revise the date when changes are published.
