Account Deletion

App implementation required: Provide an easy-to-find, working account-deletion flow inside each app before App Store submission.

Who has an account?

Free users do not need accounts. A user who purchases Pro creates an account to manage paid access.

How to delete

Pro users will be able to initiate deletion in the app's account settings. We will verify the request when necessary and delete the account and associated personal data unless retention is required by law. For assistance, contact info@clubfivear.com. An email request is a supplemental support method, not a replacement for the in-app control.

Subscriptions and local files

Cancel an external subscription through the billing-management method shown at checkout to prevent future renewals. Account deletion does not automatically cancel external billing. Recordings and presentations saved locally on your devices must be deleted from those devices separately.
